Mat Pilates: (10 person group class)

Mat class is included in the monthly indoor cycling/ mat pilates membership. Class passes are available for non-members:
$15 single class.
$60 for 5 class package.

Pilates Reformer Classes (3 person class)
Level up your workout using a pilates reformer.$35 single class/ $120 four classes
The reformer uses spring resistance, straps, and a moving carriage to both assist and challenge your body. That means exercises can be adjusted to your level—making movements easier for beginners or more intense for advanced clients. On a mat, you’re mostly working against gravity alone.
Another big advantage is targeted strength and alignment. The reformer helps guide your body into proper form, which can improve posture and reduce strain on joints. It’s especially helpful for activating smaller stabilizing muscles that are harder to isolate on the mat.
You’ll also get a wider range of motion and versatility. The sliding carriage allows for fluid, controlled movements that can increase flexibility while building strength at the same time.
