    Mat class is included in the monthly indoor cycling membership. Class passes are available. They can fbe used for indoor cycling or mat pilates.

  • Pilates Reformer Classes (2 person class)
    Level up your workout using a pilates reformer. This machine designed by Joseph Pilates provides added resistance and range of motion to your workout. It will challenge your core and balance in a whole new wasy. This semi-private class offers the benefits of group energy and individual guidance. Ideal for those who thrive in a supportive environment with a shared focus on fitness and wellness.
